Refunds and cancellations:
All sales are final and no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.

Damages/Defects:
I do my very best to inspect all products and orders before sending out, but in the case of any damages/defects found by the customer, please contact me immediately so we can evalute and do our best to resolve the issue.
